Birth Doula

As your doula, I’m here to walk with you—every breath, every wave, every choice. My support is heart-centered, evidence-based, and shaped around you—your voice, your values, and your vision for birth.

Whether you're birthing at home, in a center, or at the hospital, I’ll be there to help you feel calm, informed, and deeply supported.

Doula support includes:
- 3-4 prenatal visits to connect, talk through your birth plan, share childbirth education, practice breath work, labor positions, comfort measures, and partner prep
- Ongoing phone/text support throughout pregnancy
- On-call from 37 weeks on
- Continuous labor & birth support — at home and/or your birth location
- Hands-on support with movement, breath, massage, pain relief, and grounding
- A postpartum visit to process your birth and check in emotionally and physically

From pregnancy to postpartum, I’m here to help you feel held, heard, and honored.

Childbirth Education

Prepare for birth from the comfort of your home with our comprehensive, down-to-earth childbirth education class — designed to leave you feeling informed, empowered, and grounded as you approach labor and postpartum.

Whether you're planning a home, birth center, or hospital birth, this class offers evidence-based guidance with a warm, holistic lens. We’ll cover the stages of labor, comfort measures, interventions, informed decision-making, and postpartum recovery — all while creating space for your questions and unique needs.

Taught by a birth doula, student midwife, and holistic dietician, this class blends science, intuition, and compassion to support you and your birth team.

What we’ll explore:

  • How labor works and what to expect

  • Pain relief + comfort techniques

  • Birth plans and advocacy tools

  • Partner support and role prep

  • The immediate postpartum window + recovery

  • Newborn care basics and feeding

Perfect for first-time parents or anyone wanting a deeper understanding of their birth options.

Homebirth Midwifery

I’m honored to be supporting families on the island as a midwifery assistant with Essence of Birth, offering heart-centered, culturally respectful, and evidence-based care to those planning home births.

At this time, I am attending births in collaboration with Jasmine, the beautiful midwife and founder of Essence of Birth. If you’re interested in working with both of us for your birth journey, I’d be so happy to connect you with her!
